All tours and services can be booked directly to Venue Vietnam or it's appointed travel agents. Except as otherwise expressly agreed, Venue Vietnam and it's clients agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by Venue Vietnam to the clients, whether on an individual or on a tour basis, shall be governed by the General Booking Conditions set out bellow and that the said General Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between Venue Vietnam and it's clients.

Validity
All prices quoted to clients on our website are on a net basis and in United States Dollars (USD) and valid according to the date specified on the Venue Vietnam printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the clients. Venue Vietnam warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the clients are correct at the time of issuance of the client's quotations and/or invoice but are subject to changes in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.

Reservation and confirmation
Reservations should be made to VenueVietnam in written. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 20%deposit of the total is requested (If this amount is less than US$ 100, US$ 100 per person deposit will apply). Once a deposit is received it is understood that we have enter the contract. Please make sure you read, understand and accept all our Terms and Conditions.
The remaining balance of the trip price (80%) is due at least 30 days before the departure date, payable by telegraphic transfer to our bank account as follows:

Refund and cancellation
Payments are fully refundable if cancellation is received by our office in Ho Chi Minh in written form 20 days prior to the departure date as agreed.
If the cancerlation is made less than 20 days prior to the departure date agreed, cancellation fee equals the deposit amount. We will refund the rest of payment already made to you. 

No refund or reduction will be made to any members who break the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary.

Vouchers
Vouchers are to be issued by VenueVietnam for all bookings. A copy of the clients' itinerary is enclosed with the vouchers and should reach the clients as booking confirmation. 

Liability
Venue Vietnam is committed to doing it's utmost to provide the services to the best of it's capacity and upon the satisfaction of it's clients. It's the understanding of the concerned parties that Venue Vietnam acts as an intermediary between the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other contractors providing the services to it's clients. Venue Vietnam will, in no circumstance, be liable to the clients for breaching of service contract or unsatisfactory services provided by these third parties .

Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In case the negotiations and mutual understanding fail. The disputes, claims and litigation will be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.
