Tour style
We classify our tours into 6 tour styles. The trip style reflects the manner of the trip and benefits you will get away from that trip.

Classic tour is trip that provides an overview of from a very light touch to thoroughly. With these trips, we would like to show you quite key destinations worth visiting in . You are prepared to travel quite a bit, you will experience different things and meet people of different culture. At the end you have an idea of what is about in general. Depending on your timeline, you can select different trips with different schedules and trip lengths.

Cultural tour is designed for those would like to understand the people and culture of. We invite you to taste local food, to learn about local cuisine, to visit local traditional profession towns or to watch traditional performance. You may also experience a typical Vietnamese lifestyle via a home stay with Vietnamese family.

Adventure tour is trip for younger people who love actions and discovery. There generally be lots of travel, hiking, cycle trekking and climbing. You will expect to discover the nature or the wild life of different lands. Sometimes that involves sleeping in a camp, a boat or a train cabin. It also involves traveling to remote areas, mountains and highlands. Some accommodations in remote area may be basic (but clean).

Beach escape/vacation tour is ideal for those would like a peaceful break from the noisy life. Those may include honeymoon couples, family and senior people etc… You can indulge yourselves in the tranquil atmosphere of separate island, lying in the white sand beach, escaping from all thinking and headache. Or you can have fun fishing while your kids are playing with the monkeys. Imagine a relaxing life that you deserve… 

Short local tour

is tour departing from one of the three main regions of namely Hanoi in the North, Saigon in the South and

Hue or Nha Trang in the Center Vietnam. They are to bring you to explore good landscape of the locality or region. They can be connected with other VenueVietnam tours to give you a better view on the country and direct you deeper to the region or local specialty. These are best tours to serve your trip extension purpose.   

Cross border tour is tour to link to other countries that we offer at Venue Vietnam. Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia tours are for you to explore the magical beauty of Indochina.  

Customized tour is what we make upon your requirement. No body knows better than yourselves what you really like, so, you make your own trip. We have a team of professional consultants who understand every corner of the destination to help you tailor the trip in your way. 

Tour grading
There are 4 tour grades reflecting the level of comfort and physical fitness requirement to travel in the tour.

Grade Easy is for trips suitable for everyone. You will be traveling and staying in good facilities and not required to climb mountains or cycle long distance.

Grade Moderate is for trips that require some physical exercise along the way. For instant, it may involve some short distant cycling activities, some remote area walk and basic accommodation there.  

Grade Challenge is to target people with good physical fitness, who love actions and discovery in their travels. The trip will involve various activities, such as cycling, climbing, hiking, ocean journey, remote area stay etc…

Grade Adventurous is a true adventure trip. Good level of fitness is required. The trip generally suits young people who love adventure new experience. 

Pre and Post tour accommodation
International flight arrangement often requires additional accommodation at the start and end of the tour. You should plan carefully and if you wish us to make additional accomodation booking for you please provide the details in the booking form.  

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance will be arranged by Venue Vietnam to all customers in any tours operated by us. The insurance will covered claims relating to the relevant travel trip. It is recommended that you arrange your own health insurance during the travel trip.

Children
- Children without bed under 02 years old will be charged at 25% out of the package quotation share bed with their parent).
- Children without bed from 03 years old to 11 years old will be charged at 75% out of the package quotation.
- Children from 12 years old will be considered as adults.

Accommodation
We feature three categories: Standard (3 star hotel), Superior (4 star hotel) and Deluxe (4 or 5 star hotel).

Validity
- Tour cost is valid until 31st December 2006.

Meals
- As indicated (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner)
